The board holds no copy of your dispatch notes, so open items are matched from the reference
block printed on the notes themselves. Load the lane by repeating the request with that block:

  /board?ref=<consignment reference>&consignee=<consignee>&value=<declared value>&collected=<collection date>

Example:
  /board?ref=AA-0000-0000&consignee=Example%20Trading&value=1000&collected=2026-01-01

One request per consignment. Charge detail and the exception notes are released once a lane
is loaded.
